Hehe555 maintains a Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering Policy (the Policy) to govern KYC and AML measures for all users of Hehe555 services. In this Policy, the terms Company, Website, and user refer to Hehe555 and its platform. This Policy applies to every person who opens an account, deposits funds, places bets, or otherwise uses the services offered by Hehe555.
The objectives of this Policy are to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities, to enforce compliance with applicable laws and regulations, to deter underage or otherwise unlawful participation, and to mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risks to Hehe555. The Policy covers onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and cooperation with competent authorities as required by law.
Hehe555 applies a risk based approach to KYC and AML, aligning with recognized international standards. Risk is assessed across three domains: country risk, customer risk, and transaction risk. The Company reviews jurisdictional risk based on official designations and credible sources indicating deficiencies in AML/CFT regimes, corruption, or other material risk factors. Customer risk considers status such as politically exposed persons or sanctions, as well as indicators of suspicious conduct. Transaction risk evaluates the size, frequency, and pattern of activity relative to expected customer behavior.
Verification is conducted when a Standard Verification trigger occurs or as otherwise deemed necessary by Hehe555 staff. Triggers include the cumulative amount of transactions conducted by a user reaching or exceeding USD 1000, a determination of significant risk of money laundering or terrorist financing, or behavioral indicators suggesting potential violation of the Terms and Conditions. When verification is required, the user shall provide the following documentation or data, as applicable and in a form acceptable to Hehe555:
In exceptional cases, Hehe555 may require real time verification via a support channel which may include a live call or video session to confirm the user’s identity and ownership of payment instruments.
If a user is identified as a Politically Exposed Person or a member of their immediate family, or if the user resides in or conducts activity from a high risk jurisdiction, Hehe555 will apply enhanced verification. This includes obtaining evidence of the source of wealth and funds, additional senior management clearance, and potentially extended data collection. Final approval of enhanced verification rests with senior management. Hehe555 reserves the right to collect supplementary information and to suspend or decline access where the information does not satisfactorily establish legitimate source of wealth or compliance with applicable rules. Refusal to provide requested information may result in restriction or termination of the account and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
All user activity is subject to ongoing monitoring for suspicious patterns. Indicators of concern include, but are not limited to, unusual deposit activity, rapid switching of devices or payment methods, use of a single IP address by multiple accounts, inconsistent geolocation data, and reluctance to complete verification steps or provide requested documentation. When suspicious activity is detected, it is escalated to the antifraud and appropriate compliance teams for risk assessment and further action.
Transaction monitoring governs deposits and withdrawals as follows: the name on the payment card must match the account holder’s name; the electronic wallet email must be the same as the user’s registration email; deposits from instruments with inaccessible placement should be withdrawn to a verifiable banking or payment instrument belonging to the user. Anonymous payments, including untraceable wallets or cryptocurrencies, are not accepted. Withdrawals will be directed to an instrument under the user’s control where reliable verification of ownership is possible. Funds deposited by a user cannot be withdrawn to another user’s payment instrument.
Documentation and data collected under this Policy, including transaction data and supporting evidence, are retained in compliance with applicable AML/CFT legislation, data protection laws, and internal privacy policies. Hehe555 aligns with applicable data protection regimes, including GDPR where relevant, and retains records for the period required by law or regulation. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel for the purposes of compliance, auditing, and enforcement of this Policy.
This Policy may be updated from time to time at Hehe555 sole discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically for changes. Hehe555 will notify registered users of material changes by email using the address on file. Continued use of Hehe555 services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Hehe555 may cooperate with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or financial supervisors in connection with AML/CFT investigations. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user is engaged in illegal activity or a violation of applicable law has occurred, Hehe555 may suspend, limit, or terminate access and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
